Living Pieces

LIVING PIECES is a musical anthology feature film inspired and derived from pieces of classical music and their master composers seen through the eyes and experiences of the main character, Sophia Miller. By combining aspects of the composer's life and personality with the musical and harmonic elements of a chosen work or works, characters and stories are created. All the musical elements are used to create the visual tone and style. The stories have a wide range of themes from unity, duality and trauma to mysticism, homesickness and rebellion. Although all very different individually and in musical style, they are linked with the central message that music is a journey into other worlds and has the ability to overcome differences and unite us all.
